In July 2015, we recorded a live EP at HAW Hamburg.
Since we all have a very low threshold for boredom, we returned to Hamburg in May 2016 to record a fully fledged album. To reduce the boredom even further, we invited pretty damn amazing people to record with us and turned the whole thing into an ensemble record. Our aim was to try things out stylistically and write music we wanted to hear.
This is the product of our efforts. Enjoy!
All music written and arranged by Clemens Boehncke, except for Nuclear Fusion, written by Kai Maas. All string-parts written, arranged and just about sufficiently conducted by Clemens Boehncke.
Special thanks to: First things first, to all of the people named above. Some of them spent 18 hours in the studio for five days in order to get the shit done. A more than “ordinary special thanks” to Patrick Dadaczynski and Alexander Beer for pressing the red button and also for hiking through the swamp of postproduction. Other people that deserve credit for various deeds and pleasantries (in no particular order): Abudllah Ismailogullari, Chris Lange-Kabitz, Joschka Wiebusch, Sophie Knops-Brockerhoff, Sven Templin, Andreas Regel, Niels Rohrweber, Fabian Schmidtke, Johannes Schuba, Christian Baumert, Cordula Boehncke, Ingrid Maas.
